These terms cover your use of the Gongfu Timer application ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. They're meant to be short and fair.
You may install and use Gongfu Timer on your own devices for personal use. The free version is provided at no cost. Any paid features that may be offered in the future will be clearly marked, and purchased through the app store you downloaded from.
Gongfu Timer is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is a brewing aid, not a precision instrument or a safety device — please use your own judgement with hot water and don't rely on it for anything critical. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app (including, for example, an over-steeped pot of tea).
The app's source code is released under the MIT License. You're welcome to read, modify, and build it yourself under those terms. The name “Gongfu Timer” and the logo are not covered by that license.
The app may be updated from time to time to fix issues or add features. We may change or discontinue the app, or these terms, in the future; material changes will be posted on this page.
